Solution we offered
Savarian.tech helped the client set up a QA team from scratch. The process included recruiting an in-house Head of Quality Assurance and Lead QA Engineer, providing QA resources for functional and non-functional testing of a web platform, and organizing the onboarding process for in-house and offshore teams.
Also, we helped our client improve SDLC and CI/CD processes and painlessly migrate all the tasks and databases from Google Docs to Jira and Confluence.
